St. Nicholas House

St Nicholas House was a conversion projected carried out by Eastacre to form 14 Luxury apartments from one of the St Leonards school houses.

Eastacre were very proud to be awarded the “Pride of Place” award for their St. Nicholas House development.

A wonderful and iconic building in St Andrews which at the time was around 120 years old. Eastacre bought this project only a short time after there had been children from the school using this as a dorm. Originally this formed part of a stable block.

Eastacre took great care to ensure that the building was kept as in tact as possible, while also ensuring that the new owners would benefit from all of the modern efficient products to keep them warm and the bills down.

A lovely location to live right beside town, with private gardens, and private parking also included.
